Cathy has been involved with horses for 30 years and is a qualified Level 1 Coach with Equestrian Australia and accredited Equine Facilitated Learning Facilitator. Cathy spent ten years coaching riders with disabilities and found great joy in helping such riders identify and reach their goals.

Julie’s passion for horses and the therapeutic value they give to humans, led to her spending many years volunteering at a riding for the disabled centre. Julie’s other passion is people and she loves to build partnerships that benefit the whole community.

Michelle is a self confessed horse addict and has had horses her entire life. Michelle has spent many years in the equine industry in a variety of roles, including coaching pony club and working with disabled riders. Michelle loves the satisfaction of seeing students find themselves in their horsey teachers.
Administration Manager & Facilitator Assistant
Although relatively new to the horse world, Amanda has spent over 20 years volunteering with kids and kid’s development programs. She has a special interest in working with teens and constantly developing her horse skills. Amanda has many years of working in administrative roles, most recently with charity organisations.
